COURT in Ivory
Coast has sentenced the wife of the former president of Ivory Coast Laurent
Gbagbo, Simone Gbagbo 20 years behind the bars after being found guilty of the
political clashes which happened between 2010-2011 after
Gbagbao’s refusal to relinguish power
despite the defeat in the presidential election. The chaos left 3000 people
dead and Gbagbo is still waiting for his sentence at Hague.
