office at Dar es Salaam port (TICS) James Wambura was recently in a tight time following
the death of hie wife, a mother of two.
The man lived with his wife for several
years but without legal marriage (no dowry paid). It’s then the relatives
demanded two million as dowry for him to be allowed to b bury his wife.
